Sean Allen
Sean leads operations across the Xodus group. He brings more than fourteen years directing complex, multi-country programs and advisory mandates across Africa, with oversight of portfolios above USD 100 million and a record of disciplined execution in regulated, high-accountability environments.
He joined Xodus from senior leadership at United States Agency for International Development (USAID), where he held country and regional director-level roles across Africa and carried full accountability for programs operating under intensive compliance and reporting requirements. Earlier he ran a Nairobi advisory practice serving the World Bank, UN Women and the UK's DFID, and led operational research in Tanzania.
At Xodus he owns the operating model and the reporting and controls behind it, spanning portfolio performance, funding and lender relationships, partner and regulatory engagement, and the diligence process supporting the group's capital raising. He holds an MSc from the University of New Orleans and an MPH from Tulane University, and is a certified USG Contracts Representative.
